Ace Outdoor Services, a leading provider of outdoor maintenance solutions, is seeking experienced Snow Plow/Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' properties are safe and accessible during the winter months. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow and salt truck to clear and treat roads, parking lots, and other areas as needed.
• Be available for work 24/7 during the winter season to respond to snow events.
• Follow directions and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Consistently report to work as scheduled and on time.
• Pass a written plow test as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial snow plowing.
• Valid Driver's License required to operate snow plow.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Flint, MI.
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable and punctual.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $19.00 to $28.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level. Additional bonus pay may be available.
