We’re looking for an incredible Personal Assistant to join our team! ????
This role will begin as part-time support for maternity coverage with the potential to grow based on company needs. If you love variety in your work, enjoy supporting high-level leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment — this could be the perfect fit for you!
Important: Candidates must be located in Reno, NV, as you’ll meet with our CEO in person once a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage CEO communication, emails, calendars, travel and scheduling
- Support with social media content creation with the CEO (ie, recording reels)
- Support with special projects, organization, and day-to-day tasks
- Help streamline processes and keep projects on track
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to get things done
