This is a remote position.

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our customers through live chat channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the voice of Stello Foods, helping to build trust and satisfaction with our valued clients.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you are a clear communicator with a passion for problem-solving and customer care, this role is for you.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $32.34 - $35.67 per hour

Key Objectives

  • Provide prompt and professional live chat support to customers.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns related to Stello Foods products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the support system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ products, policies, and promotions.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing feedback and insights.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or live chat software is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of the food production industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
