Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care in a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include treating medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

The position involves approximately a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, with scheduling that accommodates your private practice.

Candidates should have experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in hand surgery, and malpractice insurance.

Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
