Join Gainwell Technologies as a Field Representative Unit Lead, where you will support Wisconsin Medicaid provider operations by guiding field outreach, managing escalations, and helping ensure providers receive accurate, timely assistance. In this leadership role, you will coordinate team efforts, support new staff, strengthen provider relationships, and contribute to operational excellence across the account.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for provider questions and issues, ensuring timely research and accurate resolution.
• Lead internal team meetings and collaborate with management to address trends, risks, training needs, and workflow improvements.
• Assign outreach tasks to Field Representatives and complete direct provider outreach when needed.
• Conduct onsite or virtual training sessions to support provider education on policies, systems, and procedures.
• Partner with internal teams and state contacts to route policy or system questions appropriately and support daily operations.
• Two or more years of experience supporting provider-facing operations, outreach, or issue resolution within healthcare programs.
• Two or more years of team leadership or mentoring experience, including handling escalations and supporting daily workflow.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work professionally across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems, research tools, and provider-support applications.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin Medicaid or experience with commercial or government healthcare programs, is strongly preferred.
• Fully remote position, but you must reside in Wisconsin due to contractual requirements.
• Occasional travel required to the Madison, WI office for meetings, team sessions, or provider-related activities.
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility based on provider or operational needs.
• Collaborative team environment with opportunities to support cross-functional projects and provider engagement initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $56,300.00 - $80,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
