Transteck has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Estimator for our Transteck Collison Center. If you possess the skills and experience needed please apply and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact with our customers, insurance companies and our body shop.
Position will also be responsible for selling all of our services to customers and prospects.
Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies.
Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue.
Experience:
Position requires extensive background in heavy truck repair, truck painting, and paint systems
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Proficient in using estimating software and tools
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and negotiation skills
