The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex agile software projects from initiation to completion. You work closely together with global teams - mainly product and engineering - ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment. You are part of the engineering organization.

Your primary responsibilities

Project design

• Define project strategy and approach

• Identify and onboard key project team members

• Engage with stakeholders to align on project scope and success metrics

• Create together with your project team the milestone planning and project success metrics

Project execution & delivery

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery

• Support in risk management and manage dependencies

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder communication. Manage expectations and fostering strong collaboration

• Document solutions, processes and other findings for future projects.

• Create and maintain a team culture that values trust, open communication and continuous innovation

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

• BSc degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other field that is data driven, problem solving with a touch of entrepreneurship

• Experience in management consulting or project management, ideally with international exposure and a strong track record in software development or digital transformation projects

• Proven background in managing Agile projects and/or fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management

• Well-structured to be able to manage complex planning and multiple parallel work-streams

• Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting.
