**Discover a more connected career** At Lambert's Cable, as a Sr. Recruiter, you'll recruit top talent. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you'll do** + Collaborate with hiring departments on best practices for effective postings and for targeting specific talent needs. + Create and manage postings for all vacancies for Lambert's Cable Splicing offices nationwide . + Participate in proactive recruitment efforts to support vacancies and hard to fill positions. + Provide navigation assistance for the online Applicant Tracking module and recruitment & selection guidance to search committees and applicants. + Screen/analyze application materials to determine the qualified applicants who have specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each posting. + Advise departments on alternative recruitment resources to assist with difficult recruitment situations + Other duties as assigned **What you'll need** + 5+ years of experience in recruiting + Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail + Strong customer service skills + Must be proficent in Microsoft/Google and Smartsheets + SHRM-CP or PHR preferred + Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
