Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of weddings from concept to execution

• Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and travel partners to ensure smooth logistics

• Research destinations, venues, and package options for destination weddings

• Oversee timelines, schedules, and to-do lists to keep events on track

• Provide guidance, support, and creative solutions throughout the planning process

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the event

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality preferred (not required)

• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Comfortable using online platforms, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets

• Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with clients and partners
