Job Description

Our Oshkosh client is seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist with a strong passion for recruiting. While this role includes general HR support, the primary focus is managing the full recruitment lifecycle and serving as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
• Maintain applicant tracking and reporting in Excel and HR systems
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Conduct phone and in-person candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire orientation
• Participate in career fairs and local recruiting events
• Assist with employee questions, payroll, benefits, and HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent)
• Experience with job boards, social media, and other sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills
