Now Hiring: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Call

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure: Performance-based collections incentive

Position Overview

A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide well-child exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Administer and track immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines
  • Provide developmental, nutritional, and family health counseling
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Coordinate care with on-site pediatricians and other clinical staff
  • Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
  • Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certified Pediatric NP (CPNP/PNP) or PA with 2–3 years of pediatric experience
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred:

  • PALS certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
  • Commitment to family-centered, culturally sensitive care
