As the first point of contact for guests, you will assist in designing the perfect event—whether it’s a birthday party, corporate team-building event, church gathering, or sports celebration. Your role is to ensure every event is seamless, exciting, and exceeds guest expectations. Urban Air Adventure Park is looking for a Party Coordinator to lead our high-energy, fast-paced Urban Air party/event team !

What You’ll Do 🎯

🎉  Be the face of FUN!You engage with guests, answer inquiries, and promote exciting party options.
📅  Plan and book events up to three months in advance, ensuring every detail is covered.
🙌  Work closely with the Park Team to execute flawless events and create unforgettable memories.
💡  Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

The Fine Print 📋

• This role requires flexibility —you’ll work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

• Be prepared to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced setting.
