Job Type Regular Company Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department Nursing - Endoscopy Time Type Full time Weekly Hours 37.5 Fte 0.9375 Shift First Shift (United States of America) Summary The Nurse II oversees and coordinates daily clinical and operational activities in the Endoscopy Department working with anesthesia providers, endoscopists, surgeons, and endoscopy nursing and ancillary staff; arranges, manages and facilitates the sequencing of procedures and verifies that clinical resources are available and properly prepared (equipment, supplies and the appropriate personnel for the procedure); manages day to day departmental operation flow and allocation of resources. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, ideally with background in endoscopy. Candidates with board certification in a nursing specialty and a demonstrated stable work history will be strongly considered.
