Native ESL Teacher job at Beijing 21st Century International School China, US

Job Description

We are recruiting 13-15 native English-speaking teachers to join our team starting in late August 2025. Positions are available across the following divisions: Primary School: 6-8 openings Middle School: 4 openings Senior High School: 3 openings Responsibilities：

Design and follow complete teaching plans
Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate

children’s abilities 3. Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering skills on a regular basis 4. Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing 5. Cooperate with administration staff 6. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations *PS：Maximum class size of 25 students.The English teacher will be teaching for approximately 18-20 classes, or no more than 24 hours a week.Need to stay at school during the working hours, some of the office hours will be spent in team meetings, English Club, developing the curriculum.
