Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN | Home Health Pediatric | Day Shift About the Company Interim Healthcare of NW Florida, a reputable and well-established healthcare company in the FL Panhandle region, seeks experienced and dedicated LPNs for Pediatric Cases in Tallahassee and surrounding counties. Responsibilities

• Providing top-notch nursing care to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and follow prescribed treatments accurately.
• Monitoring and assessing the patient's condition, progress, and vital signs.
• Documenting patient's medical history, care provided, and observations.
• Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in pediatric nursing.
• Excellent clinical skills, including administering medications and performing treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR Card
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 50 pounds.
