Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN | Home Health Pediatric | Day Shift About the Company Interim Healthcare of NW Florida, a reputable and well-established healthcare company in the FL Panhandle region, seeks experienced and dedicated LPNs for Pediatric Cases in Tallahassee and surrounding counties. Responsibilities

Providing top-notch nursing care to pediatric patients in home health settings.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatments accurately.
Monitoring and assessing the patient's condition, progress, and vital signs.
Documenting patient's medical history, care provided, and observations.
Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in pediatric nursing.
Excellent clinical skills, including administering medications and performing treatments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Current CPR Card
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 50 pounds.
