Job Overview:
Midwestern IT Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on managing Salesforce configurations, improving system usability, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes and stakeholders. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and leadership to maintain and optimize Salesforce functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce
Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations and decision-making
Support data management activities including data imports, exports, and data quality checks
Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective Salesforce adoption
Assist with testing, deployments, and change management for Salesforce enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
0 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related CRM/IT support role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader, and Flow
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
