Freelance Graphic Designer Location Remote :
Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer for their Marketing team . This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere and set your own hours. We value flexibility, creativity, and individuality in our team members. The Freelance Graphic Designer is responsible for creating advertising campaigns and promotions. You will work closely with our marketing team to design a wide range of materials, including print and digital collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and more. Responsibilities include the production of media, advertising, and sales literature. Position maintains the branding image in all media and promotions. What you'll do: - Assist the Director of Marketing with development and implementation of the overall marketing plan for the credit union.
- Provide internal copywriting backup and support as required/needed.
- Create ad campaigns under the direction of the Director of Marketing
- Assist with preparing the annual marketing plan, based on the credit union strategic plan and goals as it relates to marketing communications.
- Design, write copy, and edits all informational brochures, publications, newsletters, news releases, sales letters, annual reports, and any other internal/external communications as needed.
- Create and manage the final delivery of advertising components to the media outlets.
- Analyze programs, members surveys, or other tracking tools for qualitative feedback on effectiveness of advertising, program, or new programs.
- Design, develop, and implement marketing and public relations programs for the credit union.
- Provide proofreading, editing, and support for the credit union as requested.
Qualifications/Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or creation design emphasis.
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- 1 year of experience in marketing communications with an emphasis on graphic design/ad creation, copy writing/editing, media buying/scheduling managing media make goods and public relations management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage projects/campaigns from start to finish within budget constraints.
