We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the coordination and execution of corporate, private, and large-scale events. This role plays an essential part in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and high-level event presentation. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain a strong sense of professionalism in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
Provide on-site support, including guest guidance, registration assistance, and general event coordination.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the brand’s standards at all times.
Support vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate event logistics.
Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, move, or lift moderate items during event operations.
