Role Overview

Fusion Vine is hiring a Content Specialist to help scale content production through AI-assisted workflows. This role is ideal for detail-oriented writers and editors who can combine strong English skills with critical thinking and smart use of AI tools.

Key Goal

Increase the quantity and consistency of high-quality content using AI tools while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize written content using AI-assisted tools
• Review AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and structure
• Fact-check and refine content to meet quality standards
• Follow content briefs, SOPs, and style guidelines
• Edit for grammar, readability, and formatting
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks efficiently
• Apply critical thinking to improve AI outputs rather than copying them blindly

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, editing, or a related role
• Strong English proficiency (written and reading comprehension)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and improve AI-generated content
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work device
• Ability to follow instructions and feedback closely

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO content
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Experience working remotely
• Background in marketing, blogs, or long-form content
