An emerging leader in industrial and commercial construction services is expanding and looking for an experienced commercial sales executive for the East Coast region. Candidates must live on the East Coast, ideally in the eastern or central Pennsylvania region. Candidates must have 3 or more years of stable and successful B2B sales experience selling commercial / Industrial roofing products or related product/services to commercial construction or building envelope products / services to commercial construction / industrial environments. Experience selling consultative, project-based or specification-influenced solutions is highly preferred. Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of revenue generation, comfort working with facility managers, contractors, and project stakeholders, and the ability to operate independently. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $75,000 , with flexibility up to $125,000 for exceptional, highly experienced candidates , plus an uncapped commission structure. Depending on experience level, the profected earning in the first year be $90K to $150K in the first year.
